There will be no Senior Activites for the month of August only.  We will resume our regualar Monday, Cara club in Brighton on Monday Sept.  2nd and in Quincy  - Coffee morning, Wed. Sept. 4th.  We look forward to hearing all your great stories for the month of August.  Enjoy the rest of the summer and remember drink plenty of fluids, stay cool and stay in the shade.
