Energy Healing Group with Kieran Jordan

The Energy Healing Group will offer support to anyone in need of time and space for reflection, self-care, and healing. 

Led by Kieran Jordan, Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, the group provides an opportunity to slow down and balance ourselves, in a safe, non-judgmental community.

RSVP is preferred but not required.

Group activities may include:

Guided meditation, Sound healing, Readings, Sharing, Discussion, Gentle Movement, Breathwork, Energy Clearing, and hands-on touch from the Polarity Therapy approach.   All activities are optional, and quiet observation is also welcome. 

Open to all; no experience required, donations are suggested.
