Polarity Therapy Energy Healing with Kieran Jordan

Kieran Jordan is a dance performer, movement teacher, and Board Certified Polarity Practitioner. Known in Boston and internationally for her work in traditional Irish dance, she has a lifetime of experience in working with the human body.

During this event, Kieran Jordan will offer an introduction to Polarity Therapy through lecture, demonstration, and guided meditation, movement, and energy exercises. No experience is necessary.
